All companies listed on the stock exchange, as well as licensed joint-stock companies, whether listed or unlisted, are required to submit their first Corporate Governance Report within a maximum of ten working days from June 30, in accordance with the Corporate Governance and Compliance Department at the Capital Markets Authority.
It is important to note that the report itself is not the ultimate goal. Rather, its purpose is to demonstrate the company’s level of compliance with the 11 Corporate Governance Rules, including both mandatory rules and those falling under the “comply or explain” principle.

By the end of this training course, participants will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and behaviours:

- Complete the development of over 30 non-operational policies, including:
- Compensation and rewards policies
- Corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies
- Fraud reporting and whistleblowing policies
- Finalize the annual Corporate Governance Report
- Implement Integrated Reporting Systems
- Develop a comprehensive Risk Management Framework and Internal Control Systems
- Prepare all required guidelines and templates, such as:
- Competency and Integrity Rulebook
